Speakers: Christine Garnier and others – training, tools and ideas to implement the Common Core Principles for Dignity including a report back on some case studies.
This also included reporting back on the pilot project to support the implementation for Skills for Care’s Common Core Principles for Dignity.
It was also a chance to reflect on 2014’s Dignity Action Day (1st February).
Dignity Action Day is an annual opportunity for health and social care workers, and members of the public to uphold people’s rights to dignity and provide a truly memorable day for people who use care services.
The Dignity in Care network is about sharing ideas with other Dignity Champions in addition to learning more about important issues in care and support.
